In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1620 (Relating to the creation, administration, powers, and
duties of the Houston Downtown Management District; granting the
authority to issue bonds; authorizing a tax.) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
