In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1657 (Relating to the boundaries of the Upper Trinity Regional
Water District, to weighted voting by contracting entities, and
to the validation of certain actions of the district.) this
office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
