In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1691 (Relating to the conveyance of certain real property by the
Austin Independent School District to the Austin Community
College District) this office has determined the following:

The bill would authorize the Austin Independent School District
to convey the right, title, and interest in certain real property
to Austin Community College District.  Because the transfer of
property is between two tax exempt entities, there would be no
fiscal impact on public school finance.  The bill would also not
affect state formula funding for the community college district.


No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
