In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1693 (Relating to authorizing the division of the Gonzales County
Underground Water Conservation District into precincts,
authorizing the board to make expenditures, and validating
certain actions.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
