In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1697 (relating to the processing, storage, and disposal of
radioactive waste, low-level radioactive waste, and mixed waste)
this office has determined the following:

The fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
cannot be determined at this time.

As subsequent information becomes available the fiscal note will
