In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Joint
Resolution No. 23 (Proposing a constitutional amendment to allow
the abolition of the office of county treasurer in Titus
County.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, other than the
cost of publication.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.

The cost of publication to the state for publication of the
resolution is $90,000.
