In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Joint
Resolution No. 46 (Proposing a constitutional amendment
permitting an encumbrance to be fixed on homestead property for
an owelty of partition and the refinance of a lien against a
homestead.
) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated, other than the cost of publication.

The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is
