Amend CSHB 1, Page I-59, Commission on Human Rights by adding
the following as a new rider
          Rider for Article I, Commission on Human Rights
      No funds appropriated under this Act may be used to
investigate or prosecute under the Texas Fair Housing Act any
otherwise lawful activity, engaged in by one or more persons, that
is engaged solely for the purpose of preventing action by a
government official or court of competent jurisdiction.
