Amend CSHB 1 as follows:
      In Article VII, under the appropriations to the Department of
Housing and Community Affairs, on page VII-13, strike Rider No. 9
and substitute the following:
      9.  Low/moderate Income Housing Construction.  Out of the
funds appropriated above, not less than $500,000 each year of the
biennium shall be expended on low/moderate income housing
construction in enterprise zone areas.
