On page VIII-34, add a new rider for the Texas Department of
Insurance to read as follows:
      CONTINGENCY RIDER ON HB 710.  Contingent upon the enactment
of HB 710, or similar legislation, by the Seveny-fifth Legislature,
Regular Session, there is hereby appropriated to the Texas
Department of Insurance revenue associated with HB 710 in the
amount of $120,000 for the biennium for the Department to conduct
and prepare a comprehensive report to the 76th Legislature on the
cost/benefit of health insurance mandates.
