Amend CSHB 1 in Article XI, Department of Transportation, add
the following rider:
      _____. Sound Abatement. The Department of Transportation
shall, out of funds appropriated herein above, construct a sound
barrier wall at Interstate Loop 610E and the Pleasantville
subdivision at an estimated cost of $2.0 million.
