Amend CSHB 1, in Article XI, by adding the following:
      Article III-92, West Texas A&M University, Strategy A.3.5,
PROVIDE INSTRUCTION adding $100,000 in FY98 for one-time start-up
costs associated with reinstating a certification program in Speech
and Language Pathology.
