Amend CSHB 3 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, line 9, after the period, insert "State
appropriated money in the account may not be used to pay any part
of a premium, co-payment, deductible, or coinsurance amount for a
child covered under the program."
      (2)  On page 16, line 11, after the period, insert  "State
appropriated money in the account may not be used to pay any part
of a premium, co-payment, deductible, or coinsurance amount for a
child covered under the program."
