Amend CSHB 3 on page 12, between lines 17 and 18, by
inserting the following:
      (c)  Written consent to the release of confidential
information under Subsection (b) of this section must state the
specific purpose for which the information is being released and
the person to whom the information may be released.  The
corporation must obtain a separate statement of written consent to
the release of confidential information on each occasion on which
the corporation releases the information.
