Amend the Berlanga/Corte amendment to CSHB 3 as follows:
      1)  On page 2 of the amendment, between lines 15 and 16,
insert the following:
            (3)  On page 6, line 5, between the words "The" and
"board" insert "initial".
      2)  Renumber subsequent sections.
