      Amend CSHB 4 in Section 4.05 in the proposed Subsection (b)
of the proposed Section 151.00335, Tax Code, by renumbering
subdivision (3) as (4) and inserting a new subdivision (3) to read
as follows:
      (3)  engineering testing performed under the supervision of a
licensed professional engineer as part of an engineering project;
or
