      (1)  On page 218, line 17, strike "or".
      (2)  On page 218, line 19, strike "to produce financial
reports or prepare tax returns."
      (3)  On page 218, line 19, insert the following after the
word "firm":
      ";or
      (3)  consulting services provided by a certified public
accountant, a certified public accountant's staff, or a certified
public accountant's firm."
