Amend the Brimer Amendment to CSHB 4 (page 246 of the
amendment package) to read as follows:
      Amend CSHB 4 on page 218 by adding appropriately numbered
subdivisions to Section 151.0042(b), Tax Code, as added by SECTION
4.09 of the bill to read as follows:
      (  )  services provided by an attorney-in-fact for a
reciprocal exchange authorized by Chapter 19, Insurance Code; or
      (  )  actuarial services provided by an actuary who is:
      (A)  a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a fellow
of the Society of Actuaries, or a member of a similar nationally
recognized organization that accredits or certifies actuaries; or
      (B)  an enrolled actuary under the Retirement Income Security
Act of 1974 (U.S.C. Sec. 1001 et.seq.)
