Amend the Gray amendment to CSHB 4 to read as follows:
      Amend CSHB 4 on page 228, between lines 26 and 27, by
inserting:
      (c)  "Transportation services" does not include:
            (1)  transportation of tangible personal property by
means of a barge; or
            (2)  marine towing and tugboat services.
