Amend CSHB 32 on page 2 of the bill as follows:
      (1)  On line 2, strike "first" and substitute "second".
      (2)  On line 4, strike "first" and substitute "second".
      (3)  On line 7, strike "first" and substitute "second".
      (4)  On line 18, strike "first" and substitute "second".
