Amend CSHB 92 as follows:
      (1)  On page 35, line 10, strike "a municipality and a
county" and substitute "a combination of municipalities, counties,
or municipalities and counties".
      (2)  On page 35, lines 15 and 16, strike "a municipality and
a county" and substitute "a combination of municipalities,
counties, or municipalities and counties".
