Amend CSHB 92 as follows:
      (1)  On page 48, line 3, strike the underlined semicolon.
      (2)  On page 48, line 5, strike "(A)".
      (3)  On page 48, line 6, strike "; and" and substitute "and".
      (4)  On page 48, line 7, strike "(B)".
      (5)  On page 48, line 9, insert the following after the
period:
      The term does not include an arena, coliseum, stadium, or
other type of area or facility that is or will be owned and
operated by a state-supported institution of higher education.
