Amend HB 197 by inserting between the enacting clause and
Section 1 of the bill the following section and renumbering the
subsequent sections appropriately:
      SECTION 1.  Section 11.433, Tax Code, is amended by adding
Subsection (e) to read as follows:
      (e)  An application may not be filed under this section after
December 31, 1997.
