Amend CSHB 260 on page 1 as follows:
      (1)  On line 10, strike "or".
      (2)  Strike lines 13-16, and substitute the following:
"substantial inconvenience to the owner or a third person; or
            (3)  he intentionally or knowingly makes markings,
including inscriptions, slogans, drawings, or paintings, other than
graffiti, on the tangible property of the owner."
