Amend CSHB 318 on page 4, between lines 20 and 21, by
inserting a new SECTION 2 of the bill to read as follows and by
renumbering subsequent sections of the bill accordingly:
      SECTION 2.  Subchapter G, Chapter 29, Education Code, is
amended by adding Section 29.204 to read as follows:
      Sec. 29.204.   CONTRACT AUTHORITY.  The board of trustees of
a school district may contract under Section 11.157 for the
provision of educational services to a district student eligible to
receive a public education grant under Section 29.202.
