Amend HB 344 by adding Section 2 as follows and renumbering
subsequent sections accordingly:
      SECTION 2.  Section 502.275(k), Transportation Code, is added
to read as follows:
      (k)  Notwithstanding any other section of the code, a vehicle
issued plates under Section 502.275(a) shall be required to display
only one license plate which is to be attached to the rear of the
vehicle.
