      (1)  In SECTION 2 (page 1, line 16) strike "(a)".
      (2)  In SECTION 2 (page 1, line 17) strike "shall employ" and
substitute "may assign an employee to serve as".
      (3)  In SECTION 2 strike subsections (b), (c) and (d) (page
1, lines 21-24 and page 2 lines 1-9).
      (4)  Strike SECTION 3 of the bill (page 2, lines 10-17).
      (5)  In SECTION 4 (line 18) strike "(a)".
      (6)  In SECTION 4 strike subsections (b) and (c) (page 2,
lines 19-24).
      (7)  renumber remaining sections accordingly.
