Amend HB 463 as follows:
      (1)  Amend Section 352.1033(a)(5), Tax Code (page 1, lines
25-27), to read as follows:
            (5)  create, renovate, promote, and maintain parks
adjacent to bays, rivers, and other navigable waterways if the
county does not operate a public beach on the Gulf of Mexico; and
      (2)  Strike Subsection (c), Section 352.1033, Tax Code (page
1, lines 37-41).
