Amend HB 566 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, line 17, strike "or" and substitute "<or>".
      (2)  On page 1, line 19, strike the period and substitute  ";
or".
      (3)  On page 1, between lines 19 and 20, insert the
following:
            "(5)  delinquent in payment of an obligation to the
crime victims compensation fund or in the payment of an order of
restitution following conviction in a criminal case."
