Amend HB 566 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 466.407(a),
Government Code, on page 1, line 16, strike "<or>" and substitute
"or".
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 466.407(a),
Government Code, on page 1, line 18, strike "; or" and substitute a
period.
      (3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 466.407(a),
Government Code, on page 1, strike lines 19 through 21.
