Amend HB 583 second reading engrossment as follows:
      1.  On page 2, line 24 add the following:
      (c)  Phone numbers required under Subsections (b)(4) and (5)
must be toll free to further encourage parental involvement.
      2.  Renumber the subsequent sections appropriately.
