Amend HB 680 as follows:
      Amend Section 88.106(3) and (c) by striking the phrase
"organized fire fighting groups" and substituting the phrase
"volunteer fire departments".
      Amend Section 88.106(d) by adding the word "malice," between
the words "constitutes" and "gross".
      Amend Section 88.106(e) by adding the following at the end of
the subsection: "A breathing apparatus that is donated to the
forest service will be re-certified to manufacturer's
specifications before it is made available to an authorized group
by a technician certified by the manufacturer."
