Amend HB 881 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, strike lines 10-13 and substitute the
following:
            (1)  Funeral expenses and expenses of last sickness, in
an amount not to exceed Fifteen <Five> Thousand Dollars.
      (2)  On page 2, line 4, strike "Thirty" and substitute
"Fifteen".
