Amend CSHB 1185 by adding the following appropriately
numbered section and renumbering the subsequent sections
accordingly:
      SECTION ____. Chapter 37, Civil Practice and Remedies Code,
is amended by adding Section 37.012 to read as follows:
      Sec. 37.012. FRAUDULENT COURT RECORD. (a) A decree, judgment,
order, subpoena, warrant, minutes, or other document is void and is
a fraudulent court record as a matter of law if issued after
December 31, 1845, by:
            (1)  "the Republic of Texas Court of Common Law Pleas,
Tarrant county, Milam District";
            (2)  "the Republic of Texas Common Law Court of Pleas,
Tarrant county, Milam District";
            (3)  "a Common Law Court of Pleas Republic of Texas
District Court";
            (4)  "the superior court Wood County Texas state";
            (5)  "the superior court, Dallas county, Texas state";
            (6)  "the Milam District Court Common Law Court of
Pleas Tarrant County";
            (7)  "the Texas Constitutional Court";
            (8)  "the Republic of Texas Bexar District Court of
Common Law Pleas";
            (9)  "the Republic of Texas Common Law Court"; or
            (10) "the Common Law Court of the United States of
America".
      (b)  At the request of any person, a district court shall
issue a judgment declaring a decree, judgment, order, subpoena,
warrant, minutes, or other document described by Subsection (a) to
be a fraudulent court record and void.
