Amend CSHB 1528 as follows:
      (1)  In Section 5 of the bill (page 4, lines 36-37, committee
printing) strike the recital and substitute the following:
      Section 481.159(c), Government Code, is amended to read as
follows:
      (2)  In Section 5 of the bill (page 4, lines 38-45, committee
printing) strike Section 481.159(b), Government Code.
