Amend CSHB 1574 on page 3, after line 27, by inserting the
following:
      Sec. 104.010.  APPLICABILITY.  This chapter does not apply to
a private employer with 50 or fewer employees.
      Sec. 104.011.  CIVIL LIABILITY.  A private employer who does
not keep records as provided by this chapter is not civilly liable
under this chapter.
