Amend HB 1761 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, line 19, strike "PROHIBITION" and substitute
"PROHIBITION; IMMUNITY; FEE.  (a)".
      (2)  On page 1, after line 24, insert the following:
      "(b)  A temporary employment service or the client of the
service is immune from any liability regarding an injury caused by
the inability of a temporary employee who has not earned a high
school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma to read or follow
directions or otherwise related to the employee's lack of
education.
