Amend HB 1784 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, line 16, between "31.012" and "in", insert
"and is counted toward the state's minimum work participation rate
requirement prescribed by 42 U.S.C. Section 607".
      (2)  On page 1, line 22, between "and" and "the", insert
"will be counted toward the state's minimum work participation rate
requirement prescribed by 42. U.S.C. Section 607 and".
      (3)  On page 1, line 23, between "activities" and the period,
insert "or will not be counted toward the state's minimum work
participation rate requirement".
