Amend CSHB 1961 by deleting the language in Section 1
(d)(1)(B) beginning on page 2, line 10 and substituting the
following language:
            (B)  provides for right-of-way reservations in a width
determination by the Texas Department of Transportation as
necessary for the future expansion of U.S. Highway 59 or the future
construction of a U.S. Highway 6 bypass.
