Amend CSHB 2001 as follows:
      (1)  Strike SECTION 7 of the bill (page 2, lines 60-65,
committee printing) and renumber subsequent SECTIONS appropriately.
      (2)  In SECTION 12 of the bill (page 3, line 69 and page 4,
lines 1-2, committee printing), strike subsection (d).
