Amend HB 2086 by inserting the following appropriately
numbered section in the bill and renumbering the remaining sections
of the bill accordingly:
      SECTION ____.  The Bingo Enabling Act (Article 179d, Vernon's
Texas Civil Statutes) is amended by adding Section 44 to read as
follows:
      (c)  The commission may not require a person who has held a
license for five or more years to complete an application for the
renewal of the license that is more than two pages in length.  The
commission shall adopt renewal forms that have reasonable sized
pages and reasonable sized print.
