Amend CSHB 2295 as follows:
      (1)  On page 17, line 17, strike "; or" and substitute ";"
      (2)  On page 17, line 22, between "site" and the period,
insert the following:
                  ; or
            (7)  operations associated with residential
construction, if the operations are not conducted within an
underground facility or a right of way
