Amend HB 2324 in SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section
497.006, Government Code, (Senate committee printing, page 2, line
55), immediately after "section.", by adding the following:
"Not more than 250 inmates may participate in work programs under
contracts entered into under this section.".
