Amend HB 2383 by adding the following appropriately numbered
section and renumbering the remaining sections of the bill
accordingly:
      SECTION ____.  Section 11.434(d), Tax Code, is amended to
read as follows:
      (d)  An application may not be filed under this section after
December 31, 1997 <1992>.
