Amend CSHB 2482 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Subsection
42.102(a)(1), (page 1, line 23), strike "are substantially similar
to" and substitute "meet".
      (2)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, in proposed Subsection
43.003(c), (page 10, line 11), strike "are substantially similar
to" and substitute "meet".
