Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSHB 2542 as follows:
      In SECTION 3 of the amendment, add the following to Sec.
11.0181(a)(2) after the phrase "increase the participation in
outdoor recreation":
"including recreational activities in urban areas consistent with
the mission and goals of the department."
