Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSHB 2542, in SECTION 37 of
the bill, on page 20, lines 2 through 7, Section 43.356(b), Parks
and Wildlife Code, by striking subsection (b) in its entirety and
substituting in lieu thereof a new subsection (b) to read as
follows:
      (b)  The scientific breeder shall place a suitable permanent
tag bearing the scientific breeder's serial number on the ear of
each white-tailed deer or mule deer possessed by the scientific
breeder and shall place on the white-tailed deer or mule deer any
other identification marking prescribed by the commission only at
such time that the deer is removed from the scientific breeder's
facility.
