Amend Committee Amendment No. 6 to HB 2577 as follows:
      (1)  In the recital of SECTION 9 of the bill (Senate
Committee Printing, page 7, line 24), strike "and adding Subsection
(d)".
      (2)  In SECTION 9 of the bill, strike added Section
2306.033(d), Government Code (Senate Committee Printing, page 7,
lines 44-48).
