Amend HB 2577 as follows:
      In SECTION 27 of the bill, in added Section 2306.184(c),
Government Code (Senate committee printing report, page 14, lines
28-31), By STRIKING "Not later than the 30th day after the date the
term of a project for which an application was granted for a grant,
loan, or other assistance described by Subsection (b) expires, the
recipient must provide to the department a statement that
includes:"
      And Substitute the following:
      "(c)  Upon completion of the project, applicant shall cost
certify said project and include the following:"
