Amend HB 2721 as follows:
      (1)  On page 4, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following
appropriately numbered section:
      SECTION ____.  The Texas State Library and Archives
Commission shall establish and maintain the TexShare library
consortium, as required by this Act, to the extent of available
appropriations.
      (2)  Renumber the sections of the bill accordingly.
